Most fitness experts have a different opinion on the best exercises for reducing arm fat. Perhaps all these different opinions have you a little frustrated. I know I was frustrated at one point in time.

After all, if the experts are having a hard time reaching a consensus, how are you supposed to make a decision?

The good news is that I’ve already dealt with this issue. And I’m ready to share my findings after years and years of research.

Thus here is my critique of curls with palms forward for eliminating bingo wings:

1. Snap shot summary: This exercise mainly focuses on the outside portion of your biceps in your upper arm area. It also does a great job at working the biceps through its entire range of motion-few exercises do this effectively.

2. Technical overview: Find two dumbbells and grab them with your palms facing forward. Then tighten your abs with great force so that your back stays straight. Raise said dumbbells to slightly below shoulder level. Then lower them in a controlled manner.

3. High frequency mistakes: Jerking the weight up with momentum. Allowing the elbows to reach shoulder level. And not keeping the chest up and shoulder blades back.

4. Final word: If you’re serious about finally getting rid of that arm fat, you should make this exercise a staple. It’s a great movement for toning the biceps. Just make sure you pay close attention to your form and posture when going heavy.

Finding the best exercises for reducing bingo wings shouldn’t be like navigating a minefield. To make sure that you don’t fall into a minefield, ignore all the marketing spin offs. After all, if an exercise is ultra-flashy and seems too good to be true, then it probably is! Stick to the basics but do them with intensity. This is the secret to sexy arm success

Ok, the truth is that there is only one real way to lose weight; the things they are trying to sell on those infomercials are crap. A word of caution to you all - do not believe a word they say. Most of the things they try to sell on those commercials are fake rubbish and just a way for someone to make money. If you really want to lose weight, join a gym, or better yet - join a cardio bootcamp.

The importance of physical exercise is well understood by people and still they cannot find enough time for indulging in physical exercise. I figured out that I really love my exercise room. It’s my private time to myself and I don’t have to worry about who else needs the equipment or who’s lurking around the gym. I get an hour to myself and it’s a great way to start my day.

There are various reasons for which people hate going to gyms and working out. Working out in a gym is not a very comfortable experience for many people since they do not like the space.

There are people who have an opposite point of view and do not like working out inside their homes. They prefer to go out and exercise with people who are also enthusiasts in weight loss programs. They find encouragement from such places of exercising since they get a lot of people around them who are having a common purpose.

Motivation helps them to work out more. One should always choose and exercise regime which is very comfortable with him. One should not take an exercise regime as a torture. It should be comfortable so that the best results are achieved through it.

3. Frequent mistakes: Using momentum to move the body. Not keeping the elbows locked in place. Letting the back arch out of its natural alignment. And not going all the way up and all the way down.

4. To do or not to do: I recommend staying away from this exercise indefinitely. There is no reason to subject your shoulder joint to the potential strain of this movement. Ignore what everybody else is doing and stay away from this one. Seriously.

Getting rid of arm fat doesn’t have to involve the risk of injury. So please do not do an exercise just because everyone else is doing it or because some trainer told you to do it. Always do your research before subjecting your body to any type of physical stress.
